Keep your mind:
Drink plenty. Fresh water is best. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon for extra zing. Other low-calorie drinks include tea, coffee, herbal teas, and low-calorie fruit squashes and died drink.
Cook in a non-stick pan to avoid having to use fat. Add a little water if need be.
